Sports Related Injury
Our Experience

For over a decade, Dr. Lim has worked closely with college football players, active competitors, and professional athletes, treating the specific demands their sport puts on the body. That hands-on experience has shaped a practice built around athletes, not general chiropractic care applied to everyone the same way. Where most clinics take a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor treatment to the difference between, say, an in-season shoulder injury and everyday back pain
Many of our patients come to us specifically for that track record, and a lot of them stay on long-term as part of their regular training and recovery. At the end of the day, our goal isn't just treating the injury, it's getting athletes back to performing at their best.

Anthony Tu
Anthony, a UX designer, tore his meniscus while playing basketball and working out. After surgery, a specialist wasn't able to give him the relief he needed during recovery. He turned to Dr. Lim, who has worked with him for over two years to support his knee's healing and function, with steady improvement along the way.
Marguerite Almazan
Marge is an active, multi-sport athlete who came in after a bad fall left her ankle swollen and unable to bear weight, on top of ongoing lower back pain from previous accidents. Dr. Lim built a treatment plan that got her back on her feet within weeks instead of sidelining her for the summer. Today she's dancing, playing softball and pickleball, and enjoying an active lifestyle she hadn't been able to keep up with in years.
Radric Marapao
Rad has come to Dr. Lim over the past year for a range of injuries, from lower to upper extremity issues, most recently a torn pectoral muscle. Because Dr. Lim was able to see him right away after the injury happened, treatment started early, which made a real difference in his recovery speed and range of motion. He credits the clinic's attentiveness and quick availability for helping him heal as fast as he did.
